Anyone Remember This Movie?

It's about dinosaurs they talk and it's a cartoon. There's three dinosaurs but I just remember the orange T-rex. They start singing to a bunch of kids and there's a evil old guy that wants to control them he has a eye that's I guess it hypnotizes the dinosaurs. Then the owner is this old nice guy and there's two kids that talks to the dinosaurs. Oh and the dinosaurs like hot dogs haha but yea I don't know the name of it and I want to know! If you know what i'm talking about let me know!
