Who do I ask for donations for my eagle project?

You might try your local town council, aldermen, mayor, even your state reps & senators. Local churches might also be interested in sponsoring a project that would benefit the entire community.........if nothing else, start a project "walk" or other privately sponsored sports event to raise the needed capital........even bake sales or cash award raffles would be a start......good luck!.
