Big laptop/notebook problem?

Widows explorer is having a problem. You are seeing it having fits. Since you do not have direct control while this is going on you will need to boot to an install disk and reinstall the OS. Nice if you let us know which one, but oh well that is the way it is. btw windows explorer is in charge more or less of putting all the pretty stuff on the desktop and keeping it there. Image backups are a handy thing to have.
