How do u view pic on Y!A?

so more and more people have asked the question 'how do I look?' or something along those lines. My question is how do u see the picture. It's usaully on pjotobucket but the link isn't highlighted. I'm completely computer illiterate so plz explain as simply as you can. Also can u explain how to upload pictures from ur mobile or camera(seperately)onto a laptop. Thanks
