What color eyeshadow should i use/ look good on meh?

i have light tan skin(mexican pero no morena) and a bit of an undereye circle prob (half hereditary and part mah fault). i want he colors to math with a navy blue or black eyeliner. btw im 13/14 and i wanna noe what colors would look good on meh cuz i wanna start using eyeshadow and i want a color that wouldnt stand out so much
